Train like God is watching
I’ve seen how most people train when their trainer isn’t around. How they eat. They lack focus.
I train like I’m driven.
I train like God is watching.
I train like I’m on fire from way inside. I go into a dark, dark place straight through to the very last squat. I shut it out; grit my teeth and almost black out; hammer down and MAKE it work.
I diet the way I train. I even fitday my cheats so I can track what’s working, and what isn’t.
I am persistent. It took me four YEARS to fix my squat form. I tried box squats and Anderson squats and half squats and split squats, lunges and stepups and walking lunges, fronts and Bulgarians. I read everything I could find. I hated those bitches. Now, the squat is the cornerstone of my training.
I am coming to realize that not everybody does this. I suppose that’s the big secret.
But in the gyms I frequent, I see very few people who train as hard as I do, and exactly NO women who push themselves hard enough. They need a Dom with a whip calling them a maggot and forcing them to do pushups in the mud. And they’ll do ANYTHING rather than diet.
Which keeps the professional rep counters employed.
damn that’s pretty intense. you should right adds for animal pak, haha. Cool though, kinda makes me wanna do my back workout over again tonight…and its 11pm!

I printed this and it now resides on my cabinet in my gym. I read it every time right before I train. It moved me.
