		<description>i&#039;ve actually been doing something like these for a good 10 weeks now.  it&#039;s a little different in that exercises are in pairs and you complete the pair first before moving on to the next pair.  three pairs per workout, with 45 seconds of rest in between each exercise.

they are AWESOME.  well, for me at least.  and when i&#039;m done, i&#039;m a sweaty mess, which is the way i like it.</description>
