		<description>Hi MariAnne! I&#039;m a 28 yr old female and friend of twilomike. Last Fri I whined to him about my 60 min x 6 day/week running schedule and depressing fat loss plateau. On Sat tm forwarded me your blog. By Sunday I was logged in to FitDay, eating proteins and fat, and happily texting him that your HIIT had me &#039;sweating like a beast&#039; (in 8 minutes!).

He suggested I post the text message I sent him today: &quot;I&#039;ve been following your friend&#039;s plan since Sat and IT IS AWESOME. No more hour of death on the treadmill and I&#039;m not so hungry all the time. She&#039;s magic. And it&#039;s only been four days! Smooches! :)&quot;
