The thing I like about these is that they can be done at almost any level of fitness - if you can use an exercise bicycle for 20 minutes, even if you&#8217;re morbidly obese, you can do ONE 8-second sprint this way. Next time you do your cardio, do TWO sprints. Built it up one session at a time.  Trust me, by the 6th minute, no matter how fit you are, you&#8217;ll hate your life! [...]</description>
