So, where was I …
So I’m still plugging along here.
My weights are pretty much in a holding pattern this deep into the cut. BGB with carb cycling, working my way up the cardio ladder. My life is pretty structured right now.
Monday: AM 20-minute walk; PM horizontal push pull, abs, post workout cardio.
Tuesday: AM 20-minute walk; PM quad dominant, bit of ab work, post workout cardio.
Wednesday: AM 20-minute walk; PM walk sometimes
Thursday: AM 20-minute walk; PM vertical push pull, abs, post workout cardio
Friday: AM 20-minute walk; PM Ham dominant, tris, post workout cardio
Saturday: Hill repeats
Sunday: officially off, although there may be recreational walking in there somewhere.
I really do like walking for recreation, often with friends, sometimes alone. These are not always “wow, let’s get my heart pumping” walks, but it’s springtime, the air is fresh, there are sweet-smelling flowers EVERYWHERE, and it’s a pleasant way to burn off a hundred calories lol
I had a carbup last night. I needed one. Weight’s been hovering just under 136 lbs, I have veiny-poppers in my delts, the ones down my biceps appear to be finally settling in. Abs still don’t have much veinage, but there was one in my pec the other night, and I saw some in my back when I set up some mirrors. I’m coming along.
I’m easing into HIIT, fiddling around with different sprint intensities, so far only on the recumbent bicycle. Progress is slow, but not stalled. I’m behind schedule because of the foot injury in Hawaii, but I’m moving forward and feeling strong. Life is good.

Mmmm perogies …
I’m surprised your husband has the patience for walking since he’s a bicyclist. Do you ever ride bike instead?

I love to ride - but my back injury keeps biting me in the ass, literally.
We both walk a lot too. It’s when we talk.

Perogies! Oh, sweet, sweet perogies. Fried in half a pound of butter and topped with garlic salt and melted cheddar… Sour cream, diced tomato and basil dip on the side. I just figured out my next cheat meal! Thanks MariAnne! lol
Anyway, sounds like you’re doing just fine. Keep it up! You still have 19 days!
