Took the weekend off, but I’m baaaack…
I had a couple of moderate free days this weekend. For one, I didn’t gain as much as I thought I had. For another, I dieted well for a week, and of course, there was Ocean Bloom with Tanya and Michelle… pix after the jump!

T-bars, 5×5 with 70 lbs
Incline bb press, 5×5 with 95 lbs
HS high pulldowns 3×10 with 40 a side
Arnies, 3×10 with 25 a side
Bosu crunches with 60 lb dumbbell on my chest, 3×8

BearWolf - thank you! And no - these chicas are working with Erik Ledin, the fella I chatted up to write Baby Got Back. The pix of the coast were at dusk. We’re WAY too lazy to get up at dawn (although I understand it’s LOVELY then!)
Amyella - I friggin’ LOVE sushi! I had gomaee, tuna sashimi, and we all shared an order of unagi don. I friggin’ LOVE unagi!

Boris - I am SO behind … this rib/neck thing is seriously wearing thin. I had a few adjustments but still not out of the woods. Hopefully it will settle down soon.
