Pasty white in the gym – November 2006 end of cut pix
So my cut ended not quite where I had intended. I got down to I THINK about 14%, hit 130 for these pix, but that was dehydrated. I was 133-134 before drying out. The back injury really hindered me for this one, and the higher rep stuff I was doing wore me out. I needed a break, and I took one to coincide with “feast week” – hubby’s fortieth birthday happened mid month.
I just started a block specialization (same as I did last year at this time, quads and lats, but higher rep quad work this time) on Monday, which I will continue for about 6 more weeks. I’ll post up the whole plan shortly.
These pix were taken the day before I started feasting … no studio, no dreamtan, just a little water/salt/carb manipulation to see what I could bring out. These were taken at my gym:

Again – way leaner than 14%. My bicep veins start to pop at about 14% – and I’ve been down to 9% and my back never looked like that. Damn, I’m gonna have to hit you up for your back workout!

Yes, well, trust me, I’m working on it. In comparison to where they were 6 years ago, they’re a remarkable improvement. I think the sprinting I’ve been doing this year has helped a lot – but we won’t know until the end of this cut I suppose.
And I don’t know who you are, but you’re not twilomike.

No clue, but it seemed rather sad so I figured I’d leave it up.
Considering what I started with, I’m not exactly horrified with what I’ve accomplished. I ain’t perfect, and I don’t airbrush my pix before I put ‘em up. What I am is what you see at any given moment.

haha well im glad im not the only one with nipple issues when working out. It used to bother me now im just like “yeah ok my nipples are hard, stare if you like”. gym = hard nipples it’s a fact of life for me now.
