3X8, done as antagonist pairs, 45 seconds rest between movements

B1. HammerStrength Pulldowns, “Crawling up a wall” style, 40 lbs a side
B2. Arnies, 25 lbs a side

C. Abs, Bosu ball crunches with 55-lb dumbbell on my chest, 3×8

Home to eat pasta with chicken …
